Confirmation: We'll confirm your appointment and send intake forms by email.
Intake: Complete your new patient intake forms digitally prior to your visit.
Visit Day: Your provider arrives (Home) or connects via secure link (Telehealth).
Prepare: Bring a list of current medications and any relevant medical records.
